Return Process

  Log into your Getketch account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a quick quality check at your doorstep during pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is confirmed, we will arrange a free pickup within 24-48 hours from your registered shipping address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Getketch wallet within 5-7 business days.
